How to change or cancel your subscription
Purchasing a Member Subscription
In order to purchase a membership subscription you can go to our sign up page, add your profile, then choose your plan before entering The Clubhouse. Your new subscription will be processed securely through Stripe, our 3rd party payment processor.
The Happy Boss Clubhouse currently has a two week free trial available, which allows you to join for free and explore what The Clubhouse has to offer.
To enjoy a free trial you will be asked for your billing information at the start of the process, however you will not be charged if you choose to leave The Clubhouse before your free trial expires.
Keep in mind that right now you can only update your subscription or change your plan when you’re logged into your community on the web.
The Clubhouse has both a monthly plan and an annual plan. The annual plan offers a significant discount and you can switch between the two.
When you’re logged in on the web, just navigate to Your Profile > Settings > Account.
Scroll down until you see the button that says Manage Your Subscription. Then choose the option to Change Subscription. If you decide to switch plans, this change will show up right here on this page.
Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your member subscription and leave The Clubhouse at anytime. To cancel, just log into your network on the web and go to Your Profile > Settings > Account.
Scroll down until you see the button that says Manage Your Subscription. Then, choose the option to Change Subscription.
On the next page, you will see an option to “Cancel your subscription” below the list of subscription plans The Clubhouse has made available. Click on that link and confirm that you do indeed want to cancel, and then your subscription will be cancelled at the end of the current billing period.
